Unable to run roon on imac 2015

After a the free trial, i decided to become an annual member
my roon app on iMac doesn’t work since several days. i delete the app “roon os x” and install a new version from roon labs.
no result … no lucky at all

my device : IMAC 2015 - 1,6 GHz Intel Core i5, 8 Go 1867 MHz DDR3
Intel HD Graphics 6000 1536 Mo
MAC Os CATALINA 10.15.5

I can install the roon app but when i start the app, it doesn’t work at all

Some screen prints, maybe? What’s your network?

Are you installing Roon or RoonServer?

I took two photos. Roon os on my iMac dock , when i click on the app, a point appears and disappear After five seconds .
I’m connected to wifi modem 5ghz. The roon os X app crashes about 5 seconds After click on it. I did a vidéo. IS it possible to send the vidéo.

Can you please upload the video to Dropbox / Google Drive / Send.firefox.com and post a link here?

Is there any change in behavior if you try setting your old Roon database aside and start with a fresh one?

• Exit out of Roon
• Navigate to your Roon’s Database Location
• Find the folder that says “Roon”
• Rename the “Roon” folder to “Roon_old”
• Reinstall the Roon App from our Downloads Page to generate a new Roon folder

Hi noris. Thanks a lot for your help . I rename the roon fonder to roon old and reinstall competly the roon os X .
Now roon works perfectly.
