Unable to search for artists outside of my library (ref#BBX9RO)

· I'm having trouble adding music to my library

Any artist search I try only brings up Music in my library. It will not let me see anything available to play or download anything into my library

Att network. Arris BGW210 router. Modem Nokia model XS-020X-A

Just to be sure, are you logged in to Tidal, KKBOX,or Qobuz streaming services?

Yes I am signed into tidal

Another question, when searching, where are you searching from?
Are you on the “Tidal” page?

Is the page Tidal loading properly?

Thanks for reaching out to us about this issue. The best way to diagnose this is to look at your logs. Can you use the directions found here and send over a set of logs to our File Uploader?
