Do you have ARC installed on two iOS devices at the moment?

If so, try reinstalling on the iOS device with which you’re having issues.

Please share a screenshot of the error screen you encounter in ARC. Specifically, are you having an issue with the login screen, or are you encountering an error message when you attempt to connect to RoonServer?

The ARC port forwarding screen being fully empty like that is an indication that Roon was unable to run the port forwarding diagnostics at all. If you have access to your Virgin router settings administration page, navigate to the IPv6 section (or similar) and try turning off IPv6 entirely.

You can similarly create a dedicated manual port forwarding rule in the router settings page under a tab entitled Port Forwarding (or similar). Create a TCP port forwarding rule using the IP address and port number presented in Roon Settings → ARC. If there are internal and external port sections, simply paste the same port number from Roon Settings → ARC in both cases.
