· Running a Nucleus one with internal storage on a Windows PC. Trying to move a large music library to the internal storage, but I cannot see the Nucleus One in File Explorer. Every time I try, I am told I don't have the credentials. I've tried all the guidance about changing the permissions, but nothing has worked.
