Hey @JIM_REVIS,

Thanks for taking the time to write in and share your report, I’m sorry to hear about your connectivity issues so far.

From your account diagnostics, I can see an instance of an active Roon Server running on your Macbook, which is good news! I’m not seeing any instances of Roon remote, though. Do you have Roon installed on other devices, or have you tried opening Roon on your Mac yet?

Temporarily disabling your VPN would be an excellent next step in troubleshooting if you haven’t already tried that.

Also, a simple reboot of your other devices, server, and router may help as well.

We’ll be monitoring for your reply, thanks Jim! :raising_hands:

Hi @JIM_REVIS,

We haven’t seen a response but want to ensure you’ve found the support you need. Our account diagnostics show that you might have recently used Roon Server on the affected machine, but we’re hesitant to mark this case resolved until we’ve heard from you. Please reach out if we can assist further.
