Unable to setup Ente 2FA due to missing QR code or secret password (ref#B0BP0D)

I have chosen two factor authentication but cannot setup Ente because it's asking for a QR code or a secret password that should have come from you. If I had either to begin with I don't know what I have done with them. This is also affecting my ability to access the ARC app in my phone. What can I do?

Could you please clarify a bit more:

  1. Are you unable to log in to your Roon account on the website, or is the issue only with enabling two-factor authentication?
  2. When you say Ente is asking for a QR code or secret key — is this during the initial setup of 2FA, or when trying to recover / add the account again?
  3. Are you currently locked out of your Roon account entirely, or can you still sign in on at least one device?
