What’s happening?

· I'm having trouble logging in

i can't sign in. the program does not redirect me even when clicking on the link

Hi @William_Fife,

If you’re using iOS, try disabling Content Blockers in the Settings page for Safari on the phone/tablet.

If you’re using a desktop browser, then test with adblockers disabled, or try a different default browser.

Also try clearing cookies in your browsers.
