Description Of Issue
Roon is not showing Tidal as a source option so cannot access my Tidal account

Have you tried to go into Services tab in Settings ? You should be able to login TIDAL on that screen

Thank you. At first I got a ‘bad password or user’ error message.However, I reset both passwords on Tidal and on Roon and that worked.
