Unable to sign into Qobuz after Roon app upgrade on laptop (ref#YLOA4L)

Turn on Roon and it went into app upgrade after upgrade i couln't sign into my Roon account. Deleted app and reinstalled app and i was able to sign in. During navigating of app trouble shooting i saw where i have been signed out of Qobuz music service. Is that why 3/4 of my history play was not available? I proceeded to sign in into my Qobuz music account and it would not take my credentials, is that why 3/4 of my music playlist history was not available? I never logout and my music subscription is valid, it's workin fine on cell phone so i believe the problem is on the laptop app. Suggestions why Roon app will not accept my credentials in the services area for service music subscriptions? I keep getting error message and try later. Thanks in advance.

Welcome to the forum! Just to confirm, the same credentials work on play.qobuz.com? Is there anything specific about your account (was it created through Facebook/Google/Apple)?

I’ve also activated diagnostics for your account to see if there are any specific errors, please use the Roon app again when you have a chance so that we can look over the error logging, thanks!
