The majority of login issues arise from content blockers/adblockers in the browser you’re using to sign into Roon on your Roon Remote.

Please try clearing cookies and disabling any content blockers before trying to log in again.

Note: if you’re using an iOS remote, the default browser will be Safari, so you can take these steps in the Settings → Safari page.
