· My Roon software won't start up
i use free trial and tried to log in but roon did not start and server have not responsded. it waited server for too long.
connected with lan on router that is made bridge for another router

Thanks for reaching out to ask us about this issue. Can you give us some more detail about what happened when you tried to start a trial? When you click “Start a free trial” a web browser tab should open for you to complete the sign up process.
