· I bought a new pc and loaded Roon Server and Roon. I still have my current pc with Roon Server and Roon loaded. Has been running fine. I run the Server on new PC and cannot boot Roon up. My plan is to get Roon running on my new PC and stow away this current one. Help. Do I have to wipe off Roon on my current PC to get the new PC runn?

Hello @philzoomer

Thank you for reaching Roon support.

You are not required to delete Roon from your old PC to set up the new one.

First, perform a manual backup of your Roon database. When you log in to your account on the new PC, you will be prompted to ‘Unauthorize’ the previous server. This action transfers the active license to the new hardware but does not delete any data or software from the original machine.

You can reactivate the old server at any time if you decide to use it again in the future.
