Roon server has no gui…it runs in the task bar. And the same for roon bridge.

RAAT sever is a process that is also running under all versions of room

Right, I assumed this was the process preventing the app from progressing beyond the white screen with the roon logo. It hangs there. What log would be more helpful?

More likely graphics driver issue then in if its getting stuck at the logo.

Your description was a little bit to minimalist

try loading the manufactures drivers and not the windows default ones

Hi @Jesse_Cooney, can you try this:

  • Exit out of Roon/Roon Server
  • Navigate to your Roon Database Location - Database\Registry\Core
  • Locate your tidal_account file and delete it
  • Try to start Roon again

And the tidal issue….this seems to be happening a lot too….

I double checked the graphics driver is direct from Nvidia and current. I’ve also disabled the onboard intel graphics. Turns out the answer just below provided by Dylan is correct, I had to delete the Tidal_Account file. I’m back in business.

thanks all

Thanks this was it.
