· i have a lifetime subscription of roon,i used it on windows and wanted to use it on my macbook, something went wrong, when i open Roon on myh mac book, i have the opputinity to choose between windows or mac, It doesnt matter what i choose, it keeps trying without result, I tried to uninstall it , also roonserver, as result , it is not possible because some parts of the app are uses, i tried to change the name into roonsver_ old, but that was not allowed. Can you please help, i want to use on my macbook.

Thanks for reaching out. It looks like the issue you’re experiencing could be due to having an active Roon Server on your Windows machine. Keep in mind, even though your subscription allows unlimited Roon Remotes, only one Roon Server can be authorized at a time.
Here’s what we recommend:
Make a backup of your Roon Server on your Windows machine.
Shut down the Roon Server on your Windows machine.
Install a new Roon Server on your Mac and restore the backup from the Windows machine.
If you’re unable to restore the backup on your Mac or you don’t receive a prompt to unauthorize the Windows Server, please share a screenshot of the issue with us. Also, upload the “Logs” folder from the ~/Library/RoonServer location to our Logs Uploader so we can review them and assist you further.
