Unable to Sync ARC with Core on Roon (ref#ST33JU)

Description of Issue

When prompted to sign in to my account with Arc. It just flips to sign in to account. Then back to Arc saying login. When I log in it flips to sign in to my account. Then back to Arc saying login.

Description of Issue

When trying to use ARC it says “login to account” I press login it flips to a Roon Login page. I login it flips back to the ARC page saying “login to account” I press login it flips to a Roon LOgin page. I login it flips back to Roon ARC page saying “login to account” I press login it flips to a Roon Login page with the option to sign out and login manually. I do this and login it flips to the Roon Arc login page. I login it then flips to a roon login page.
In frustration I trawl the FAQ nothing appears
I uninstall, I reset passwords, I contact support. No support after 3 days
