Hi @stuhblim,

Please try reinstalling the app if you haven’t already. If you’re using an Android phone, try the APK installer here instead of the Play Store link and let us know if that resolves the issue.

Lastly, some users have resolved login redirect issues by changing their router’s preset DNS server to Cloudflare DNS, Quad9 or, if you’d like, Google DNS.

Are you experiencing this issue on your home network as well as via cellular, or can you connect to ARC on WiFi without issue?
