ARC Issue Category

Can’t sync with Core

Description of Issue

In Roon, I was getting a poor connection message. That has now disappeared, which seems promising.

In ARC the spinner continues and nothing else works either online or off including music saved to ARC. I would still prefer to avoid reset. Is there anything else that I can do or are you still investigating?

I hardly ever use arc and the few times I have, if there has been an update since my last use I get the error/retry connection message. Quickest way to solve is just uninstall and then re install

Update. The poor connection message is back. Any chance of a fix soon or an I going to lose my downloads?
