Hello @tim , are you able to see the latest update in the app store on the phone? Have you restarted the device or tried uninstalling and reinstalling from the store?

Rebooted core, removed and reinstalled Roon Remote, iPhone Xs Max unable to connect to the core. No joy typing in the core IP address. iPad Pro and computer connect to the core.

Hi @tim ,
Have you enabled the iOS permissions for Roon to access the local network?
In iOS 14+, Roon needs permission for Local Network in iOS settings. You should be prompted for this when launching Roon, but if you ever need to adjust these settings after the initial launch you can go to the iOS Settings app, select Roon, and set...
