Unable to update Roon TITAN and access Roon Remote main page (ref#C98ASN)

I just received my new Titan but unable to get it update and get in the main page of the Roon Remote. Error message is "There was an error checking for an update". my network is working properly and no firewall setting to prohibit my Titan connecting to Roon server

Have you tried using the WebUI - not the Roon client application?

The WebUI has an option to ‘reinstall’ which will update both RoonOS and the Roon Server application to the latest version.

You can get to the WebUI using a normal web browser by navigating to http://nucleustitan/

@Philip_Wan - as @Wade_Oram says, use the Web Administration Interface page for your first update of the Titan’s firmware. This is implied in the setup manual:

Thanks for writing in to let us know about this issue. As other community members mentioned you should use the Web Administration Interface to do the initial update of the Titan’s firmware. If this has solved your issue please mark on of the comments as a solution. If not please elaborate on the issues you are facing.
