@support i am trying to start roon and it is giving me an error that says “could not create required file lock”. when i tried to uninstall roon it says " the operation could not be completed because an error occurred"…
so as of now i am not able to use roon whatsoever. it had been acting very strange the past few days and loading all songs very slowly.

Have you tried rebooting your Core yet? I would give that a try as the first troubleshooting step, and also make sure that you are not running out of hard drive space.
