Unable to view flac files downloaded into new My Innuos server

Roon Core Machine

I own a 2019 Macbook Air computer (Big Sur) that uses WiFi, and a Zenith (Innuos) streamer that has worked well using Roon for several years.

My router/WiFi carrier has not changed in 4 years.

Audio Devices

I listen using my wireless headphones.

Library Size

Library is 22% occupied, approximately 1000 titles.

Description of Issue

I just bought a second Zenith and downloaded all my backup (USB) music files onto the second Zenith’s Innuos server. The files are there, but none of them appears in Roon.
Innuos tech support advised trying to find the folder to which they were downloaded but I am unable to locate it. BTW, with the original Zenith, Roon recognized the files automatically.

Thanks so much for getting in touch about this - and thanks for your patience while we returned to work after the holiday weekend.

If I understand correctly, your Zenith streamer (the initial one) was used as a Roon Core so far. You’ve been using your Macbook Air as a remote to control Roon. You’ve purchased a second Zenith and this is where your music library is now located.

Are you looking to simply have Roon access your library, or would you like to use this newer Zenith as the Core?
