Change your password, enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on the Roon website in your account settings.
(However, note that geolocation is not always exact, less so if you use a VPN. If you logged in, it’s possible that it’s seen as coming from another city)

Thanks for reaching out to ask us about this. What @Suedkiez suggested will definitely prevent unauthorized access to your Roon account. However, assuming that you have an active Roon server then it’s highly unlikely (i.e. basically impossible because they would have to deauthorize your server in order to use your subscription somewhere else and you would notice that your server had been deauthorized) that anyone is using your Roon account without your knowledge. What happened that makes you think that someone accessed your account?
