Unauthorized album entries into library despite password changes (ref#FOAVUK)

Describe the issue

Daily albums are being entered into my library without me having asked for them. I have changed my password about 8 times but it's still happening. I would appreciate some help in solving this issue. Thank you.

Describe your network setup

I use a BT Router, plus a TP-link range extender.

Are these Qobuz albums? If yes, log out of Qobuz in Roon and then back in. A few weeks ago there was an issue on the Qobuz side where they confused different accounts.

If this does not help, Roon support will take a look.

Hi @stuart_yaxley,

Thank you for your report. Diagnostics indicate your library is a mixture of Qobuz and local library albums. We’ll need to know whether these rogue albums include only Qobuz content, or if you’re seeing local content added to Roon as well.

If it’s just Qobuz content, please try logging out of Qobuz within Roon from Settings → Services → Qobuz as suggested above.
