Hello, I have been a subscriber for over 2 years and I am having a big problem. I am also a Qobuz subscriber. For the past few months, every morning I have found albums that I have not chosen in my favorites list. This morning there were about forty albums that I cannot delete. I changed my passwords at Qobuz and Roon but the problem persists. After searching, Qobuz told me that the problem comes from you. Can you help me? I hope so because otherwise I will be forced to cancel my subscription as this problem is really unbearable. Kind regards, Alain Q

Could you please let us know when you first noticed this behavior, or approximately when it last happened? This will help us review the diagnostic data for the relevant time period.
Also, do you have a Roon backup created before this issue started? If so, please let us know — we can use it for internal testing to better understand what’s happening.

force a resync of your Qobuz account in Roon in Settings → Services → Qobuz
restart RoonServer
if the above two steps fail, then restore a Backup.
We’ll watch for your response. The next investigative phase would require us to request a copy of your database itself so the team can reproduce the issue internally, but please try the steps above first.
