I finally got Arc to work consistently when out and about and now all of a sudden on the bottom of the screen, Arc shows a message that says Unauthorized. And when clicking the settings button, I get the same message under “connections”. What is causing this and how do I correct it?

Guessing that it’s most likely one of ARC’s recurring issues where something gets corrupted and an uninstall/reinstall will probably fix it.
It would probably be better to post in Support so that Roon Labs gets some info like logs and maybe one more small step is made to root out these annoyances.

And yes, uninstall / reinstall fixed it but less than half my artists are available.
