Unauthorizing my NUC does not work, hindering me from connecting to Nucleus One

I had a NUC with Rock for years, finally I received my Nucleus One. However, I’m unable to unauthorize my old NUC, preventing me from connecting to my new Nucleus One. I can click the unauthorize button, but nothing happens. I’m stuck in a cycle and nothing seems to work. It’s pretty annoying.

Description of Issue

I really don’t have more to tell, I pressed unauthorize now at least 50 times, I does not seem to work, preventing me from connecting to my shine new Nucleus One. Which is pretty frustrating.

It doesn’t really matter, when you log into your Nucleus it will deauthorise your old Roon server anyway.
If it tells you that your account is in use just follow the prompts to deauthorise from there and that will work fine.

Well, what should happen did not happen anyhow. Because I was really unable to connect to my Nucleus. However, in the end I rebooted the Nucleus and all was fine.

Glad you were able to work it out @Bram_Heerink! And congrats on the Nucleus migration! Happy listening :notes: :drum:
