Unavailable Qobuz tracks and Silent Angel Rhein Z1 will not update Roon

Hi,
In my account all the Qobuz playlists do show up. But when opening them all the tracks in all the Qobuz playlist show up as " Unavailable".
Of course I updated the apps, deleted the apps, even cleared the whole history in Roon and started from zero, still the same result.
The only other thing i notice, and don’t know if it has to do with this issue, is whenever i open de Roon app, a window shows up that says that one of the devices need an update. I updated everything a few times. It shows up on whatever device i use for my Roon.
Any suggestions???

Same here. Add albums to listen later. Playlists. Not available. Go to Qobuz they are all there. :face_with_symbols_on_mouth:

yes, exactly that

Qobuz will have changed the version they are licensed to stream , Roon saves the path to the file in Qobuz so a new version means a new path . Roon does not auto compensate

A re-sync with Qobuz should fix it . It’s a common problem.

Have you got a mixture of Production and Early Access builds on your Roon devices? That could cause this message, I think.

that would mean all my Qobuz tracks are renewed? Because all my tracks are unavailable. I cannot believe that.

Thanks Geoff, i am not that technical. But i guess not, i use a Silent Angel Rhein Z1.
So no mixtures happening i guess.

Please post a screenshot of Roon’s :gear: > About screen which will show what versions of Roon and Roon Server are running on your devices.

The Silent Angel Rhein Z1 is not licensed by Roon Labs, so it may need to be updated differently.

How does one re-sync?

And no, Silent Angel has no deal with Roon (yet). But if use any self build roon core it would be the same. I pay every year my contribute to Roon. Silent Angel is for me the ony option on this moment.

Well, that just confirms it - your Z1 is running a very old build of Roon Server (1353) - the current build is 1598:

I suggest that you contact Silent Angel support to find out how to install current versions of Roon Server onto the Z1.

Personally, I very much doubt whether Silent Angel will ever reach a deal with Roon Labs to licence the Z1.

Have you tried clicking update all? Seems very strange if Silent Angel does not support the standard roon update process. Roon releases are very frequent, and roon will eventually break if not kept up to date.

That could be a solution, that should be a solution.
When i try to update the 1353 it always gives an error on checking for an update.
I keep you informed when the solution is found.

What’s the error?

When i click to update it is downloading, then it goes to installing, after about 30 seconds it says: there was an error checking for an update
