Unavailable Qobuz tracks and Silent Angel Rhein Z1 will not update Roon

There is a long history. Looks like you need to send the unit to Silent Angel for a system wipe and reinstall. Why not replace with something roon supported?

Good question, but i am happy with what it delivers me. Plus I have more Silent Angel stuff connected and was even looking to expand.
That time, my audio supplier, who are realy respectful people and not there only for the selling, advised me the Rhein above the Roon.
Problem now is i moved from europe to Indonesia, so i cant walk in like that.
I will discuss the problem with them anyway and with the Silent Angel support team.
I will keep you informed about the outcome.

Yes, its working well now, at the end the solution was easy.
I contacted Silent Angel in HK and they gave me the simpel instructions including screenshots.

Please open VitOS Manager, connect to the Z1, locate the Roon Server on the VitOS Manager homepage, click into it, then uninstall the current version of Roon Server and re-download and install it to update Roon Server to version 1483. After that, you can update the Roon Server to the latest version within the Roon APP.

1 day later, i got a wider and deeper sound stage, more details even that it sounds for me sometimes almost like a bit to detailed. But i am delighted :smiley:
