Uncertified Bluesound with Nucleus [Resolved - Bluesound firmware update needed]

need assistance on “uncertified” product by BlueSound
Manufacture has informed us that it should work.
Updated all firmware.
Product is set up in our office for test prior to client install.

Nucleus

Current iPad iOS: 14.5.1
Current Roon version: 1.8(build 795)stable
Bluesound PULSE SOUNDBAR+ is still Uncertified as of 5.24.2021
Current BluOS version: 3.14.13
