Describe the issue

Hi,

I have two NAD AVR's both with AM 230 and VM300 MDC modules and BluOS Kits.

On the BluOS Application I have an option to select "Roon Ready" and when I select this it displays "Roon Ready" on the TV. So everything looks fine from the NAD AVR's side.

On the Roon application it sees the NAD AVR under the "Audio" section but with a "Uncertified" label.

If I want to enable the NAD AVR in Roon it gives me a message that says:

"Unfortunately, the manufacturer has not yet completed certification for this device. Contact your devices manufacturer to find out when they expect this device to be certified for use with Roon."

I think the issue here is that the VM300 MDC module is actually the device that is certified and not the NAD AVR chassis that it is in and Roon is not aware of this or you are not aware of all the NAD AVR chassis that can be upgraded with the VM300 module like my T775 and T765.

Please add the T775 and T765 AVR's that are upgraded with the VM300 MDC module as certified devices so that I can use the "Roon Ready" functionality of my VM300 MDC modules in my AVR's
