Hi @mkanders,

Roon can’t add streaming content that it hasn’t received from a sync with the streaming service APIs. This means that the library additions are originating in your Tidal account itself.

Please first verify that your Tidal credentials are secure outside of Roon. Try logging into the Tidal app or web player directly and changing your password.
