Describe the issue

I have suddenly found lots of artists in my library that I didn't add. The all seem to be random albums or random tracks from albums. These go way back to 2022. They are all from qobuz but are not in my favourites when I check the qobuz app. Have I been hacked? I don't get how these albums are saying they were added over the course of the last 3 years.

Thanks for replying - seems to be a different issue though as my library hasn’t disappeared, it’s suddenly been augmented with lots of stuff I didn’t add

Thanks for reaching out to us about this issue. It’s possible that it’s a different issue than what @Mark_Sealey referenced but we had other users see the same thing as you. Since the fix for that is simply logging out of Qobuz in Roon and then signing back in would you mind trying that first? If that doesn’t work let us know and we can do a deeper investigation.

That didn’t work I’m afraid. When I log into the qobuz app, non of these albums or artists are there tho. Would they display there if a qobuz issue?

Hi @James_Hobson,

It may take up to 72 hours for the changes to filter from Qobuz to the Roon via their API. You’ll see the fix take effect first on your Qobuz account. Please reach out signing out/back in to Qobuz in Roon hasn’t resolved the issue by tomorrow.

We wanted to check in after another 24 hours - have you seen your Qobuz library restore, or are these unexpected and erroneous additions sticking around?

Hi - thanks for checking back. I was a little impatient so did spend a while deleting some albums. :slight_smile: But so far so good, library is as it should be.

I all, I have exactly the same problem since yesterday feb 26th : many added records to my library , seams to be random, they appear during the day at any time …
so far I keep deleting those intruders, but there are a lot coming in every day !
