This problem is getting more and more weird.
If I move my Cafe Blue Note multiple discs into CD1 and CD2 subfolders Roon recognizes the separate discs. Whats weird to me is that in the track listing (in album edit, Fix Track Grouping) the disc # went from “?” to showing the correct disc. How did moving the files to CD1 and CD2 subfolders fix this? The even weirder thing is that when I select a specific track, the tag DISCNUMBER has always shown correctly even when I was getting the “?” in the track listing.
I’ve done more investigation…and it seems albums that I ripped years ago using Exact Audio Copy may be the problem. All discs that I have ripped with db Poweramp is recognized fine by Roon.
