Recently I purchased a pre owned Nucleus rev A. Looking in audio device settings a device Pro-ject Prebox Digital shows up. Any safe way to delete?

This article from our Help Center includes details on resetting the Nucleus to factory settings. Many sellers do this before swapping out gear but it doesn’t appear that it was done in this case.
Once you’ve reset the device you can restore a backup that predates your purchase of the Nucleus to mimic your old setup. Or, if you’ve already made changes and the phantom device is no longer a concern, simply leave the device unenabled and it won’t appear in your Zone picker in Roon.
