Unstable connection via ‘Roon ready’ with Devialet amplifier

Hello,

When I connect Roon to my Devialet Expert Pro 220 (Infinity Core) amplifier via USB, everything works perfectly.

But when I try to connect it via ‘Roon ready’, the connection is very unstable, there is no sound when the connection appears…

I have updated the DOS of my amplifier.

I don’t understand where the problem is coming from. Can you help me?

We’re having trouble connecting to your Roon Server instance to enable diagnostic mode, could you please reproduce the issue, share the track name, and then please use the directions found here and send over a set of logs to our File Uploader?
