Describe the issue

when I play a song or album I get some unrelated music after what ever I selected is finished. That is completely unacceptable to me and especially my wife. The play radio option is unchecked wherever it is possible. I asked about that issue before and did not get any answer to solve this issue. I will not renew my subscription if I can not listen to music as I want

In your previous thread about this, you did receive an answer and I believe it was assumed that your problem was solved. Specifically, you were asked whether you meant that you had disabled Roon Radio in the settings for the Play Actions, or in the queue. You answered that you meant your album play actions setup and posted this screenshot:

However, the play actions do NOT control whether Roon Radion starts automatically after an album finishes. The play action only configures if you have an option in the album play menu to MANUALLY start Roon Radio with this album as an initial “seed”.

The starting of Roon Radio AUTOMATICALLY after an album finishes is controlled in the queue screen of the zone by this toggle:

You were asked in your previous postings to specify where you “unchecked the play radio option” and you only referred to the settings on Roon’s :gear: > Play actions screen.

Each Zone that you have set up has its own individual Queue, and each queue has its own Roon Radio switch. You should check to see that all of these switches are also set to the Off position, for example:
