Update availability

I wonder how does the update time line work.

I think Roon build 339 (for iOS?) was announced about 2 weeks ago, but the Apple store still only has build 333 (not even 334; maybe 334 was not released for iOS), and that is what my version on an iPad is.

Also, it seems there are 3 different versions of Roon software that a Roon system consisting of an iPad and a Nucleus needs, also including Roon OS (currently presumably at build 158) and Roon Labs Software (build 7) running on Nucleus. It is not easily clear which software is upgraded automatically and which software needs to be updated manually, nor whether or not a new version exists or where and how to get it (since the upgrades don’t occur that frequently, I’d forget even if I knew it at some point). So, I t may be helpful if all installed and latest available software version information as well as all upgrades for the client and server were handled on a single page, say the About window in Settings for the Roon client on an iPad.

Roon and Roon Server: MacOS and Linux are at Roon Version 1.5 (build 339)
Roon Remote: iOS is at Roon Version 1.5 (build 333)
Roon Bridge: Linux is at Roon Version 1.0 (build 164)

Can’t comment on Windows and Android but expect they are same versions as above. Generally, you don’t need to be concerned with this … Roon tells you when an update is available and this will update all devices connected to Core. You’re also notified of iOS updates soon after the Apple Store is updated.
