I have the same issue, but cannot locate the referenced file in Linux under:
“/var/roon/RoonServer/Database/Core”
This is totally unacceptable. Please test the software before pushing updates!
How do we proceed with the update on Linux when the client cannot connect to core?

What kind of Roon Core do you have? The path should be Database/Registry/Core/bits. The folder structure should be similar to the one we posted in our Knowledge Base article for ROCK/Nucleus:
