Hi! What’s not quite right with Roon?

· face again update problems, Using a synology NAS220+ , Roon Vers. 2.62(build 1641) , Roon server 2.60 (build1629). Update with tablet failed. There was an error checking for an update. I have had solved the problem with manual installation of the spk file in the past. I would like try it in the same way but I can´t see if I got the newest version. Downloaded RoonServer_Synology_DSM7_x86-20220216(3)spk

Roon Server is not part of the Synology package, it gets downloaded from Roon’s servers. This is basically the same as with updates. You should try and troubleshoot why your NAS fails to download Roon Server from Roon’s severs in the first place, I think.
You can try a reboot of your NAS, it is astounding how many problems can be resolved by just doing that.

Hey @carsten.seibel,

Do you by any chance have multiple networking interfaces active on the Synology? Is the behavior the same if you temporarily disable all but one? What DNS are you using on the Synology? Can you please try Google (4.4.4.4) or Cloudflare (1.1.1.1)?
