Description of Issue

Remote device (android + iPhone) updated successfully to 2.0 build 1182
Core does NOT update when update attempted (build 1169 to 1182) - got to about halfway across the Downloading Progress bar…then stopped - and stays stopped.

/opt/RoonServer/VERSION remains unmodified as
200001169
2.0 (build 1169) production

Roon still works…!

I can easily reinstall Roon Server but would like to know what effect this would have on the databases/playlists etc already created and working.

I reported a similar problem on my Roon core (Rock on NUC). Hung on download, then got an error report, “There was an error checking for an update.” I’m following your post to see if a solution develops here.

Seems like no solution appearing…

Poor Show!

However, the problem went away on it’s own - logged in and checked and update had been installed - just took about 5 days!!!

Hope your issue goes away too.
