I recently bought some albums the day they were released (e.g. Bill Callahan, Avishai Cohen, Flying Lotus etc.). The albums were identified by roon just fine. I expect, that even more information will be available for these specific albums in the future. Is there a way to integrate this kind of information automatically or will I have to re-identify any single album from time to time to see if there is new information available?
My understanding is that Roon automatically updates metadata so long as you have not explicitly overridden the metadata yourself with your own edits.
I also believe that this how things are supposed to work but can we please get some kind of confirmation of this behavior from someone on the Roon development team. Thanks!
