Upgraded - and now issues with Qobuz

Hi,
I hope you can help. I recently upgrade my Roon core from my Macbook Pro.
All is working well -except Qobuz. Qobuz is working fine in its own app, and also works as usual when I switched back to my Macbook as the Roon core. I have looked at the other problems that people have had with Qobuz and Roon -but none seem to fit. All is up-to-date. Macbook connects via wifi -and new core Ethernet cable.
As you can hopefully see from the upload - it suggests I check my Qobuz account - which I have and all seems in order - and “too many failures. Stopping playback”. You can also see it is up-to-date with what’s available.
Not sure where to go next - as no issues previously with Qobuz or Roon.

Looks like it might be a network problem.

In any event, Roon support is going to need more info than you’ve provided.

Go to the Support section of the forum and file out the form.
That’ll be easier for eveybody, yourself included.

Maybe you can check the followin items:

  1. check in Roon - Settings - Services - Qobuz that you accidentally are logget out from Qobuz.
  2. if that is Ok, go to the Qobuz website or app, and heart (favor) an album in order to be added to your library.
  3. go back to Roon -Settings - Services - Qobuz , and synchronize.
  4. in Roon, go to Album browser ( Albums) to see if the hearted ( favorized) album appears.
    If that is OK , the interworking between Roon and Qobuz is Ok.
  5. Try to plzy the newly added album. If that still is not working, you need ito select i the forum the Category SUPPORT, and open a new topic there.
    You will then be asked to specify your setup including network details by filling in the template presented.

What is the new Core machine? How did you go about migrating Roon from your MacBook Pro to the new Core?

Thanks all - turned out to be a Qobuz issue -and now happily resolved.
