Why do I have to enter my lifetime subscription key from time to time in Upnp?

Hi @Richard_Dalemark,
sorry for the late reply but I was traveling this week.

The issue of licenses disappearing from time to time was also reported from users of rooNuimo. I hope I found where it came from and made a change that will be included in the next release.
