Upscaling for internet radio

I use upsampling for internet radio not for flac. Is it possible to have this automatic choice between files and radio ?

Good question. My Meridian endpoints upscale and apodize all inputs and sound great, a friend commented once about how even poor sources sound great on Meridian gear and he is correct.
So if Roon could do this it would be great for everyone who could handle the upsampled signal… Sorry Sonos.

Or simply, a DSP “WebRadios” choice.
When you play a radio, you can (or not) activate an automatic DSP with (as you want) active upscaling, EQ, etc to compensate poor source.
