Urgent - Roon does not respond. Even restart does not help

I just converted to life time membership a week back. It was working all fine for last 1 week till I tried Play All after selecting a bunch of albums (more than 10). Typically it comes back without any result but this time the application sort of hanged. When I now go to browsing either album, artist or anything it just shows the Roon Logo.

I stopped Roon Core and restarted it. But it did not help. The CPU utilization is comparatively high (User CPU 30%) where the Roon Core is running. The memory utilization is less than 50%.

Here are the details of my system -

  1. Roon Core (Roon Server) running on Mac Mini (8 GB Ram, 2.8 GHz Intel Core i5, Sierra 10.12.3).
  2. PS Audio Bridge II
  3. The files are in a network attached store (Naim Uniti Core) connected over ethernet to same router as of PS Audio Bridge II and Mac Mini
  4. Remote in iPad Mini 2 and iPhone 5
  5. Around 300 albums and 2500 songs. 50+ artists.
