Running Roon on pc it froze up I reinstalled Roon it is working but will not show usb connected McIntosh audio zone

Hi @dand5,
Thanks for reaching out to us to ask about this issue. One of 2 things is likely going on here.

1. This could be a firewall issue. Please make sure Roon, RoonServer, and RAATServer are allowed through your firewall.
2. This could be an issue with RAATServer itself. You can follow the below steps to install a fresh copy of RAATServer. Please be aware that doing this will wipe any custom DSP you have set up so make sure you make a backup first.

• Create a Backup of your current Roon database
• Exit out of Roon
• Navigate to your Roon’s Database Location
• Find the folder that says “RAATServer”
• Rename the “RAATServer” folder to “RAATServer_old”
• Restart the Roon App to generate a new RAATServer folder
