Describe the issue

The Roon server is installed on Windows 10. I want to listen to music by connecting a USB DAC to my Mac Mini M4. I connected the iBasso DC07 Pro via USB, but when I select Setting - Audio - This Mac - DC07 Pro (CoreAudio), neither Tidal nor local files will play.
When I set it to System Output on the Mac, sound is produced, but the sampling rate doesn't change.
I previously used the Hiby FC4 connected via USB to my Mac without any issues.

Describe your network setup

The Roon server is installed on Windows 10 and is connected to the router via Ethernet. The Mac is also connected to the same router via Ethernet.

Hi @neo_kim,
Thanks for reaching out to us about this issue. I saw from our records that your Mac Mini is running Sequoia 15.1. That version of sequoia as well as 15.2 have an issue that blocks access for Roon. The easiest fix would be updating to 15.3 which doesn’t have this problem. The other option is to go to your Local Network settings make sure Roon is allowed through. If it looks like access is already toggled on for Roon turn it off and then on again. Please let us know if you still have issues with the iBasso after trying this.
