Sorry, this is with the Ropieee end points. So probably nothing to do with Roon what so ever

To clarify, using Ropieee with a USB DAC. Spotify and Airplay services enabled. Spotify volume is very low compared to Airplay and Roon playback.
Hardware volume control is not available, so I can’t test that out.
Anyone experienced the same?
Saw another user had similar issue but with the Plex service (or is it called PlexAmp or similar), so I tried what he tried: Tinkering with the “Force USB volume” option under Audio settings, and then playing a Roon audio stream, stopping it, waiting a few seconds, and then starting playback in Spotify app on my phone. It actually did something!
So now the volume is higher. Not as high as Airplay or Roon playback, but higher.
Not sure how my setup (USB DAC) and other user’s setup (Plex) are similar but there seems to be something common here.
