Description of Issue

I used to have a USB SSD drive connected to my Grimm mu1 and occasionally Roon didn’t find this drive, but most of the times it showed in my folders.
Now it is invisible and I can’t find it using Settings, Storage, Add folder anymore.

Sounds like it could be hardware error. Have you tried Grimm audio tech support?

Here’s what I did to get it working again: I removed the SSD drive from the Grimm mu1 and connected it to my Macbook, created a new directory and moved all flac files to the new directory. Once connected to the Grimm mu1 again, Roon found the SSD drive again.
I don’t understand why but it works again.

And it stopped working again…
I just turned on my Grimm mu1 after shutting it down yesterday and roon is unable to find the USB drive. Anyone please have any suggestion?

Hi Eric, it sounds like a hardware issue with the Grimm. Have you called their tech support as well?
