The Roon integration with Tidal and other music services is a constant game of catchup for the Roon developers. There are countless features available in the Tidal desktop and mobile apps that are not available in Roon.
It’d be a lot better to break this cycle by Roon exposing itself as a target playback device in the native Tidal applications. The Tidal app can control Sonos in this matter and would put all of the functionality differences to bed once and for all.
